Commission begins after initial consultation and payment.

A character reference sheet showcasing them from the front and side is required for work to commence.

Upon completion, the client will recieve a .ZIP containing the source .blender file, the rigged character model and associated texture(s).

Ownership of the model and licensing goes to the client of the commission.

The client is free to do with the model as they wish as long as I am properly credited by the name 'pieyf' or with the Twitter handle @pieyf_

I reserve the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable modelling for any reason.

I reserve the right to post showcases of the model on social media once it has been delivered to the client.

Once the model has been delivered to the client, they will have 7 days to request changes or modifications. After that time period, I reserve the right to refuse edits.

Revisions to the model or major modifications will come at an additional cost depending on the complexity of the change(s).

Payment must be made in USD via PayPal.

Commissions can be paid wholly upfront or split. In the case of split, 50% of the price is paid upfront and the other 50% is paid after proof of completion (screenshots only, source files are delivered once the other 50% is paid.)

In the condition that I - the artist - am personally unable to deliver the end result due to incidents such as health or personal matters, I will provide a refund. However, if the client requests a refund once the commission commences or after the model is delivered, no refund will be issued.

I do not issue refunds based on your dissatisfaction after you've paid and approved of the model. Giving me feedback is your responsibility. I will ask permission frequently to move onto the next step of the process.
